Five Stage Process

1. Needs Analysis: You tell us what you required of your leaders and what your organization needs to increase competitiveness and performance. You select the leaders to be professionally coached or the candidates you need assessed.

2. Diagnosis: A thorough assessment of each individual includes testing, 360º review and behavior leadership simulations. Our unique and proven technique is based on skills demonstration and behavioral testing. This is not a psychological exam.

3. A Detailed Report: A complete report and recommendation regarding who to hire or who to promote.

4. Prescription For Change: An intense and in-depth coaching session in which every detail of the assessment is explained, strengths and weaknesses are outlined, and an individual development plan is agreed to.

5. Reinforcement: There are follow-up sessions to discuss results, progress, and problems and to reinforce and review action steps agreed to.

Given a clear and valid assessment of current skills and behavior by professionals who have assessed hundreds of other leaders, a meaningful action plan can be developed. A world-class leader is created.

This is the most sensitive of all selection procedures and the Core Skills Assessment provides an additional advantage by identifying skills or weaknesses that, if developed, can help with transitions, demotion, reorganizations, etc.
