Through the use of assessment simulations our team of professional assessors evaluates each
person's ability in key skills. The output is a detailed diagnosis and description of strengths and weaknesses, and a broad array of developmental recommendations.

Ed Yager personally conducts an intense feedback discussion in which every skill is discussed,
evaluated, and diagnosed, and a plan for personal development is agreed to

Sample skills which can be assessed are leadership, communication, administrative, influence and assertiveness, problem analysis and decision making, creativity and innovation, sensitivity and relationship skills, and process management and improvement. You choose from over 70 different skills based on the demands of the position in question. We design the simulations and tests, conduct the assessment, write the reports, and provide the feedback.
